Our experience with Sophie and this supplier has been bad across multiple orders totaling well into the five-figure range. This is the first time we have ever written a 1-star review, but the situation was unacceptable. Sophie was relentlessly pushy, contacting us nonstop on Alibaba, WeChat, and WhatsApp even after we repeatedly asked her to stop, saying she “had to hit her sales target.” Across several orders the issues only grew worse. For the latest order she requested our shipping address, making us believe the goods were already shipped (was already late at this point). Weeks later we found out nothing had been shipped and she never informed us. When we asked for a refund they refused. We tried to escalate to a manager they simply ignored. Despite the delays and past defective items the only compensation offered was "a $30 voucher for the next order", which was insulting given the size of our orders. If you value reliability, honesty, and your time, avoid this supplier.
